The Kentucky YMCA Youth Association is unlike any other Y in the Commonwealth. Our programming is focussed on working with middle and high school students to develop engaged citizens and servant leaders, inspired to affect change in their school, community, Commonwealth, nation, and world.

Student Y
Student Y is a student-led program for middle and high school students (grades 6-12) interested in making an impact in local and global communities.
Go For It (GFI)
Go For It (GFI) is a three-day inspirational and motivational character development teen leadership retreat for 6th - 12th graders.
YKAP
Young Kentuckians Advocacy Program is a statewide advocacy training program for students grades 6-12 to expand their abilities to make a positive change in their state and local communities.
KYA
The Kentucky Youth Assembly (KYA) is a 3-day expanded educational opportunity in which students serve as part of a model state government.
LTC
Leadership Training Conference s a FUN character development conference that builds servant leaders through a focus on personal discovery and skills development for 6th - 12th graders.
YAL
Youth Advocacy Leaders is a team of student leaders who create positive change in Kentucky by actively seeking opportunities to network and create a collaborative voice for change.
KUNA
Kentucky United Nations Assembly (KUNA) is a 3-day conference in which 6th - 12th graders participate directly in simulated international diplomacy.
Y-Corps
Y-Corps is a service-learning program for 7th - 12th grade students who want to make a difference in their communities, around the Commonwealth of Kentucky and across country.
National Conferences
Delegations of Kentucky high school students are annually sent by the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association to represent the Commonwealth at national YMCA Youth and Government conferences.
