Create Login, Complete Info Form, Sign up for Student Y Membership

The Kentucky YMCA Youth Assembly is currently in the process of updating our software. The new system should go live in spring 2025.  In the meantime, in order to improve the security of our current system, we have added Log In process.  We apologize for the inconvenience this new process may cause, but in addition to better security, it also helps to ensure you do not have duplicate accounts in our system and all of our data is accurate.

The new login system is for any student, volunteer, chaperone or advisor to use to fill out registration and other important forms.

ADVISORS: You will need to create a separate login for yourself for both the advisor portal and this form login link.

PARENTS:  You cannot yet have your own log in. If you are filling out this form, you must set up a log in for each individual child and use their information - not yours. We are hoping to provide you with your own log in when we go live with the new software in spring 2025.

Below is a step by step guide to the new, temporary log in process.  If you have any issues, please contact aly@kyymca.org

 

Here is how the new login system works:

STEP 1

You can always find the Forms Log In link at the top of our website.  Or, just click the link here:  https://www.kyymca.org/forms-login

If you have already created a new username and password, type them in along with your email and click submit.

If you HAVE NOT create a username and password for the 2024-25 school year:

  • Leave the Username, password and email fields blank
  • For the following question: Leave questions above blank to REGISTER OR RECOVER USERNAME/PASSWORD select REGISTER (see screenshot)
  • Then click submit at the bottom of the page

STEP 2

You will not be taken to the "Are you in the KY YMCA System?" form.

If you have registered for any programs in the past, please click yes to the first questions.

If you are a student or advisor, click yes to the second question.

Start typing in the county where you  attended school the last time you registered, it will pop up. Click the county.  (you can update this later)

Do the same for the last school, first, and last name.

If the system does not find any one of these items, DO NOT PROCEED.  Please email aly@kyymca.org.  This means there is a glitch in our system and she needs to fix it before you can continue.

If each item comes up, type in your email. This should be the email that you used in the past and which we send messages to.  (you can update this later)

Now click submit.

STEP 3

If the system finds you, you will now be taken to the "Login Creation Form"

Create a unique username.

  • do not use your email
  • username must be at least 5 and no more than 10 characters in length

Create a unique password.

  • Use at least 8 alpha numeric characters including at least one special character

Select your security question. This will enable you to recover your username or password in the future.

Be sure to type in an answer to your security question that you will remember.

Click Submit.

STEP 4

Once you click submit, you will be taken back to the Login Page. Enter your new username, new password, and your email.  Then click submit.

STEP 5

Now you will be on the "Please choose what you would like to do!" form

If you have not completed an Info form for the 2024-25 school year, that is the first thing you need to do. Therefore, answer the questions like this:

  • What would you like to do?  STUDENT / ADVISOR: Fill out a form
  • Which Student/Advisor form do you need to submit? INFO FORM

Click Submit

STEP 6

A blue link will appear that says "Click here to proceed to your form." click that link

STEP 7

You are not on the "Info Form". This is a required form. It gets you into our system and permits you to participate in our programs.

Here's a few tips:

  • Fill out this form as the student even if you are the parent/guardian.
  • Be sure to confirm your county and school. If it needs to be updated, select "no" then you can enter the new county and school.
  • Under the name section, you have the option to update your email. If you update your email here, it will update your email in the log in process.
  • Every item with an * is a mandatory field. Save time and fill out all these fields as you go along. Otherwise you will have to go back later.

Step 8

The text below will now appear on your screen. Just do what it says.

Thank you for completing your 2024-25 Info form. You can now exit out of this window or click the link below to log back in to become a Student Y Member, register for programs or complete other forms. https://www.kyymca.org/forms-login
