Dietary information for each student will be utilized based on the information provided on their student info form. Please make sure this form is up to date with all needs.

If you have additional questions or do not receive the pre-conference email a week prior to conference, please reach out to becca@kyymca.org.

Health and Safety Protocols

The following are the procedures of Lindsey Wilson College that have been modified to fit the LTC conference. This information is posted at the doors to most classrooms and office spaces on the campus.
Tornadoes
A Tornado Watch means the weather conditions make a tornado possible. In the event of a Tornado Watch, we will continue normal activities but watch for tornadoes. Y-Staff & Volunteers will monitor weather and communicate as needed.
A Tornado Warning means a tornado has formed, whether it is a funnel cloud or has actually touched down. In the event of a Tornado Warning, we will move to a secure location on the lowest floor available and avoid all windows. Students will get into a secure position on the floor until conditions have passed and the director clears the conference to resume normal activity.
Fire
In the event of a fire, students should evacuate the building in a calm and orderly manner. Once they are at least 500 feet from the building, they will find their facilitator or a member of Y-Staff. Facilitators & Y-Staff will report to the director to ensure all students are accounted for. We will resume normal activities once cleared by the fire department and Lindsey Wilson College.
Campus Lockdown Procedure
In the event of a campus lockdown, students will move to the nearest building or room that can be secured. They will close, lock, or barricade all doors and windows to that area. They will cover all windows if possible and turn off the lights. They will remain quiet and out of sight as much as possible. They will remain in this secured area until emergency response personnel, Lindsey Wilson College personnel, or the conference director advises that the area is safe.
