With a career spanning back to 1992, Aly (Flagel) Goldberg has managed strategic projects, marketing efforts, and events in technology, finance, and nonprofit sectors. Her work has taken her to various destinations around the world, including Europe, the Middle East, and over 35 U.S. states.

Highlights of her career include enabling a tech consulting firm to close $11 million in sales during a single weekend and securing media coverage in 35 publications, including the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Aly’s commitment to community service earned her the Mayor’s Citation for Outstanding Service Rendered to Louisville, Kentucky, in 2012, along with recognition and awards from several nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

In 2017, Aly founded Vital Projects Ohio LLC, a consulting company based in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to helping nonprofits and small businesses operate more efficiently.

Now, as CRM & Data Administrator, Aly brings her extensive business consulting and tech experience to enhance the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association’s business processes. Her goal is to streamline operations and optimize data-driven decision-making, ensuring our organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
