Starla serves as Office Manager at the Kentucky YMCA Youth Association. She grew up in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky and graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. Over the last few years, Starla has served in a variety of roles with the KY YMCA from assisting with the Annual Campaign, to registration, to building the online community in Salesforce, social media, and payroll. She finds that the KY YMCA allows her to challenge herself and continue to learn new things.

Having went through the programs herself, she knows that the work that the Kentucky YMCA does is important in empowering the teenagers of today and that is why she loves her job.
